Hervé Guez has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Hervé started their career as a Credit Analyst at Calyon in 2001 and worked there until 2005. Hervé then moved on to Exane, where they served as a Senior Credit Analyst from 2005 to 2007. Hervé then joined Natixis Asset Management in 2007 as a Senior Credit Analyst and later became the Head of SRI Research, a role they held until 2012. In 2012, Hervé joined Mirova as the Head of SRI Research and was later promoted to CIO Equity & FI, a position they currently hold.
