Maisara Noor Ahmad has extensive experience in the field of corporate communications. Maisara started their career at Pos Malaysia Berhad in 2007, where they held roles as Senior Assistant Manager and later Assistant Vice President. At Pos Malaysia Berhad, their responsibilities included strategizing corporate identity development, coordinating the production of corporate advertisements, and managing media relations activities.

In 2013, Maisara joined Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad (PRASARANA) as Vice President II, Project Communication. During their time at PRASARANA, they played a significant role in project communication and contributed to the organization's success.

Currently, Maisara is working at MISC Berhad as Head of External Communications. Prior to their current role, they served as the Manager of Corporate Communications.

Maisara Noor Ahmad completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication (Hons) with a focus on Public Relations from Universiti Teknologi MARA from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Sekolah Tun Fatimah in Johor Bahru from 1994 to 1998, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
