Paul Nardone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in adult education, client services, and retail innovation. Currently serving as the Director of Adult & Continuing Education at Misericordia University since January 2004, Paul oversees program development, quality, and financial management while collaborating with academic leaders to enhance learning opportunities. Paul has also held roles as an Adjunct Faculty member and Interim Dean of the College of Business. Prior to this, Paul was the Chief Innovation Officer at It's Outrageous, LLC, where a multifaceted retail brand was created and expanded. Additionally, Paul directed client services at Prudential Retirement Services, managing significant assets and leading client service teams. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Organizational Management, both from Misericordia University.
