Shashwat Narhatiyar is a co-founder and CEO of Misfits since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in product management from previous roles at Delhivery and Edelweiss Financial Services. As a product manager at Delhivery from December 2020 to May 2023, Shashwat focused on enhancing product offerings. At Edelweiss, from July 2019 to December 2020, Shashwat managed payment solutions across all platforms, notably improving UPI payments and significantly reducing failure rates. Shashwat's early experience includes a summer trainee position at Reliance Industries Limited, where modeling production potential contributed to operational insights, and a coordination role in the Dramatics Club at IIT Kanpur. Shashwat obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and completed a High School Diploma in Science at Jawahar Vidya Mandir, Ranchi.
