Steve Gabrys is an experienced real estate development professional currently serving as the Director of Development at Lockwood Companies since December 2018 and as the Real Estate Development Director at Southwest Housing Solutions since June 2005. In these roles, Steve Gabrys coordinates all aspects of real estate development, including site acquisition, municipal approvals, financing, project consultant coordination, construction oversight, and turnover to property and asset management. Prior to these positions, Steve Gabrys was the Owner of Cypress Partners, LLC from January 2001 to June 2005, where responsibilities included the acquisition and development of retail, commercial, and multifamily property projects, as well as syndicating private investor capital for substantial returns. Steve Gabrys holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from Michigan State University College of Law and a B.A. in Spanish, Political Science, and Criminology from Marquette University.
