Eva Lyford serves as the Manager of Architecture Services for Business and Digital Transformation at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO), leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional team engagement since January 2020. Previously, Eva held various roles at Allison Transmission, including Functional Architect for Global Marketing, Sales and Service, and Business Relationship Manager, focusing on system design and business process optimization. Eva's career also includes project management and business analysis roles at Delta Faucet Company, C.P. Morgan, and several other organizations, demonstrating extensive experience in managing complex IT solutions and business transformations. Academically, Eva holds a Master of Public Policy in Information Technology from the University of Michigan and a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Illinois Chicago, along with certificates in telecommunications and improvisation from DePaul University and Second City, respectively.
