Lacey Young

Lacey Young is an accomplished professional in nonprofit fundraising and communications, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Mission Advancement since March 2016, where the focus is on simplifying fundraising processes for organizations. Prior roles include Director of Advancement at Akiba Academy of Dallas, where responsibilities encompassed managing fundraising activities and overseeing a team, as well as a Senior Consultant in Communications Strategy Integration for the American Cancer Society, where expertise included crisis communications and media relations. Lacey also held positions such as Community Manager of Restricted Gifts and Stewardship, and Director of Annual Giving at Parish Episcopal School, where significant fundraising goals were consistently exceeded. Earlier work experience includes roles as Marketing Assistant and Brokerage Intern at The Weitzman Group. Lacey holds a BBA in Real Estate, Economics, and Marketing from the University of North Texas and has a background in Theatre from St. Edward's University.
