Austin Smith's work experience includes roles at various companies in the field of entrepreneurship and tech. Austin co-founded Mission Control GG in 2018 and serves as the CEO. Prior to that, they worked at Stadia Ventures as a Venture Associate, where they were responsible for finding potential investments in sports tech and esports startups. Austin also interned at Stadia Ventures, where they assisted in managing the accelerator process and cultivating potential investments.
Before joining Stadia Ventures, Austin interned at the Center for Entrepreneurship at Saint Louis University, where they worked on community entrepreneurship events and programs to foster student entrepreneurship. Austin also worked as a Research Intern at Lawrence Group, studying the real estate market in St. Louis' central corridor.
Additionally, Austin worked as a Product Specialist at Tesla Motors, where they conducted marketing events and sales for electric vehicles. Austin also interned at Arch Grants, an organization focused on promoting entrepreneurship in St. Louis. At Arch Grants, they conducted interviews with grant recipients.
Austin Smith attended Saint Louis University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree. Austin studied Entrepreneurship, Economics, and Service Leadership during their time at the university.

Mission Control
Mission Control is a mobile app where gamers can join recreational eSports leagues, similar to their local adult softball league or college intramurals but for video games. Gamers can choose to join a league of just friends or decide to compete in a league hosted by a local organization. Mission Control manages the league schedule, validatesscores, and determines the champion while also serving as a forum for league members and friends.Organizations, whether a community group, college, LAN Center, or something else, can use Mission Control to gather a following, host leagues of various game titles, and manage their eSports’ operations.Mission Control is a platform for recreational esports, a place where gamers can play in video game leagues for friends.
