Stephanie Leal

As a steward of Mission North’s culture, Stephanie ensures our team has a productive, inclusive, and supportive place to work.

She manages company-wide human resource initiatives including new-hire onboarding and orientation, benefits administration, and ongoing employee advocacy. Her biggest motivator is Mission North’s values-driven mission, and she loves being a champion for the invest-in-team culture.

Prior to Mission North, Stephanie worked as an executive assistant in a real estate investment firm, supporting the General Counsel and legal team.

Stephanie is a born-and-raised Brooklynite and is thrilled to flex her operational muscles for a business in her hometown. She spends her free time moonlighting as a singer-songwriter and spreading her love of Coney Island.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in culture and communication from Ithaca College.
