Yolanda Padilla

Yolanda Padilla is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in technology management and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Mission since October 2021, Yolanda previously held the same title at Knighted, contributing to senior leadership and overseeing technology services. Yolanda's career includes key roles at Shire and Baxalta, where significant contributions were made during mergers and IT service delivery. Earlier experiences at Baxter International, Microsoft, and Yahoo honed skills in IT infrastructure, field management, and team leadership. Yolanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an MBA in Enterprise Innovation and Entrepreneurship from California Lutheran University.
