Emma Calvert, P.Eng., is a seasoned engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in environmental and development engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Development Engineering & Construction at the City of Mississauga, Emma has successfully led organizational changes to enhance service delivery and compliance. Previously, Emma held various positions at the City of Mississauga, including Manager of Development Engineering and Environmental Engineer, where responsibilities included managing environmental project reviews and implementing city policies. Prior to joining the public sector in 2013, Emma worked at Franz Environmental Inc. as a Senior Environmental Scientist and began a career at PGL Environmental Consultants. Emma earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Queen's University.
