Constanze Burda

Constanze Burda is an experienced professional in organizational development and executive support, currently serving as Team Lead in the CEO Office and Lead for Organizational Development at Mister Spex since August 2021, where additional roles have included interim Executive Assistant and Lead for Corporate Responsibility. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at Mister Spex from October 2017 to March 2020 and various positions at LEAD Academy gGmbH from July 2013 to October 2017, including Communications & Office Manager and Assistant to the Executive Director. Earlier roles include Vorstandsassistenz at WIIS.de and a volunteer position at berlinpolis e.V. Constanze Burda holds a Master of Arts in Soziokulturelle Studien from European-University Viadrina and a Bachelor of Arts in Kulturwissenschaft from the same institution, as well as study experience at Universidad de Zaragoza.
