Cale Haack

Cale Haack currently serves as a Rope Access Supervisor at MISTRAS Group since 2025, while simultaneously working as a Sheet Metal Worker for SMART Local 8. Cale has an extensive background in insulation and safety, holding positions such as JM Insulator with Insulators Local 110 AB and Financial Trustee with the Insulators Union. Previous roles also include Health and Safety Advisor and Safety Professional at MISTRAS Group, along with experience as a Sheetmetal Apprentice at L.A. Brayer Industries Ltd. and VETS Group. Cale has engaged in field supervision roles and leadership positions, actively contributing to projects involving rope access and insulation. Educational pursuits include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, with additional training in HVAC and related fields.
