Lillian Zizi

Lillian Zizi currently holds the position of Chargé de formation et de développement RH at MISTRAS Group, Inc. since October 2023, responsible for managing training and human resource development activities across multiple sites in accordance with legal guidelines and company strategy. Previously, Lillian served as a Talent Development Partner at Doctolib and worked in various roles related to personnel management and skills assessment at GiFi and Mairie de Ducos. Lillian's experience also includes partnership management at Phoenix Égalité Des Chances and involvement in artist development at Sadikoi. Additional roles span logistics and customer service in retail environments, including positions at K'OPS, Carrefour, and Caraïb Ediprint.
