Crista Benavidez serves as the CEO of Chispas Performance Solutions, LLC since 1999 and has been an actor with Mitchell & Associates Talent since 2004. Additionally, Crista has been an instructor at the University of New Mexico since 2006, teaching courses in Adult Learning and Effective Training Activities. As a professional speaker, trainer, and consultant with CRISTALK International, LLC, Crista focuses on enhancing interpersonal communication to boost productivity and team dynamics. Previous roles include acting with Big Fish Talent, seminar leadership and management consulting with Fred Pryor Seminars and Park University Enterprises, language instruction at Berlitz, and various training positions at MCI. Crista holds a Master’s degree with distinction in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technology from The University of New Mexico.
