Caitlin Spark

Caitlin Spark is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Digital & Trading Marketing Manager in the Premium Division at Mitchells & Butlers PLC since July 2023. With extensive experience in the hospitality sector, Caitlin previously held the role of Marketing Manager for Miller & Carter Steakhouse from July 2019 to July 2023 and has also worked as a Marketing Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager for All Bar One. Notably, Caitlin has been instrumental in developing marketing strategies that expanded the Miller & Carter brand from 30 to 85 restaurants and delivered significant ROI on marketing investments. Caitlin began her career as a Corporate Marketing Graduate at Mitchells & Butlers PLC and holds an IDM Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing as well as a BA in Fine Art from the University of Reading.
