Catalin Grama

Catalin Grama serves as the R&D Team Lead and Software Architect at Mitel since September 2023, leading a development team focused on core feature development for Unify’s Enterprise Communication Platform while also guiding the formation of a new project team. Catalin's responsibilities include feature design, implementation, and managing customer change requests, along with mentoring team members and steering the merged R&D unit. Previous positions held include R&D Team Lead and Solution Architect at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S, where Catalin led initiatives in hybrid unified communication platforms and earned notable innovation awards. Earlier experience includes senior software development roles with Siemens, contributing to the development of communication protocols and VoIP features. Catalin holds a Master’s degree in Digital Communication Networks and a diploma in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Transilvania University of Brasov.
