Yogesh Pandey

Yogesh Pandey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Partner Technical Support and Technical Account Manager for India at Mitel since July 2017, Yogesh has effectively led teams focused on off-business hours support, project management, and cloud activation across the US and UK. Prior to this role, Yogesh held the position of Head of Technical Services at TaraSpan, managing the PAN India Mitel support team and overseeing revenue generation and international support. Additionally, earlier positions included engineering roles at Telerex and Smruthi Consulting, providing level 2 support and customer assistance for Mitel products. Yogesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering & Management from Bangalore University and completed secondary education in Science and Maths at Government Jubilee Inter College.
