Samudu Udantha is an experienced System Engineer currently leading the Michelin Help Desk team at MillenniumIT ESP since March 2021, specializing in real-time critical infrastructure monitoring and Microsoft 365 environment management. Previously, as a Technical Assistant at APIIT Sri Lanka from February 2020 to March 2021, Samudu gained expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD user management. Prior experience includes a role as a Trainee IT Support at the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, where Samudu maintained and troubleshot network systems, and as an IT Administrator at Kumudu Transport Service, managing hardware, software, and network installations. Samudu holds a BEng (Hons) in Computer Networking from London Metropolitan University and an HND in Computing with a focus on Computer Programming from Esoft Metro Campus Colombo.
