Andrew Hicken

Andrew Hicken is an experienced executive currently serving as the Group Director of Operational Excellence at Mitie since August 2022, focusing on enhancing operational capabilities across the organization. Prior to this role, Andrew held key positions including Operational Improvement Director at Visa Europe from September 2019 to August 2022, and Director of Operational Excellence at Serco from December 2015 to August 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Head of PMO and Master Black Belt (Six Sigma) at The Linde Group from January 2011 to November 2015, as well as having managerial roles at BOC (UK & Ireland) from August 2006 to December 2010. Andrew holds a B-Eng degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
