Gary Culloden

Gary Culloden has extensive experience in operational leadership, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and previously as National Business Operations Director at Mitie since March 2003. In this role, Gary is accountable for the operational and financial performance of Mitie's security and cleaning services across the UK, focusing on optimizing processes, building capacity, and fostering a performance-driven culture. Prior to joining Mitie, Gary served as a Kingsman in the British Army from 1998 to 2003. Gary holds educational credentials from Castlebrook High School.
