Roger Roig Rodelas

Roger Roig Rodelas has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering and analysis. Roger is currently working as a Data Engineer at Mitiga Solutions since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at WIRIS as a Data Engineer from April 2021 to June 2022. Before that, they worked at Tecnomatrix BCN S.L. as a Data Analyst from April 2019 to April 2021. Roger also has experience as a Project Engineer at Armines from January 2015 to June 2018. Additionally, Roger has conducted research and completed theses during their academic studies. Roger served as a Master's Thesis project member at the University of Barcelona, where they investigated the effect of pre-treatments on biogas production from anaerobic co-digestion of farm waste from December 2013 to July 2014. Furthermore, they completed a Bachelor's Thesis project at the University of Amsterdam from February 2013 to July 2013. Roger Roig Rodelas has a diverse education history. In 2009, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Barcelona, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences, completing their studies in 2013. Following this, in 2013 to 2014, Roger acquired a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the Universitat de Barcelona.

After completing their master's, Roger furthered their academic pursuits, joining IMT Nord Europe in 2015 to pursue a PhD in Atmospheric Sciences. Roger dedicated himself to this research field until 2018 when they successfully completed their doctoral studies.

In 2019, Roger attended Ironhack to develop their expertise in Data Analytics through a specialized program.

Additionally, in July 2020, they obtained a Deep Learning Specialization certification from Coursera.
