Markéta Pařízek

Markéta Pařízek is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at MITON since January 2022, supporting founders and startups in scaling their teams and managing Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). Previous roles include Interim Talent Partner at Confirmo, where talent strategies for the crypto payments industry were developed, and HR Manager at Biano s.r.o., overseeing overall HR strategy. Markéta has also contributed as Project Manager at BECHYNSKY Studio, HR Business Partner and Recruiter at Rohlik.cz, IT Recruiter at Servodata Group, and IT Recruitment Consultant at Hays, among others.
