Shanaka Jayalath is an experienced marketing and business analyst currently serving as a Marketing Manager and Senior Business Analyst at Mitra Innovation since August 2022, focusing on the development of a cloud-native security and compliance platform. As the founder of Design Shocking since March 2023, Shanaka brings entrepreneurial insight to marketing efforts. Previously, at Dialog Axiata PLC, Shanaka contributed to supply chain mapping and optimization as a Senior Business Analyst, and at Omobio (Pvt) Ltd., held the role of Business Analyst, functioning as a Product Owner for multiple scrum teams. With early career experience as a Software Engineer and Business Analyst at Pearson Learning Solutions, Shanaka demonstrated strong capabilities in stakeholder management and technical analysis.
