Lori Peterson

Lori Peterson is an experienced regulatory compliance professional, currently serving as Director of Regulatory Infrastructure at Mitratech since December 2021. Prior to this role, Lori held the position of Senior Regulatory Compliance Expert at Continuity Control, overseeing regulatory content for financial institutions from September 2011 to January 2022. Lori's extensive background includes founding and operating Kirschler Peterson & Associates, a consulting firm focused on consumer compliance, and working as a Compliance Consultant for NetBank, Inc., and BANC Financial Group, Inc. Additionally, Lori served as a Compliance Examiner II at the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, managing examinations of thrift institutions and ensuring compliance with regulations. Earlier in the career, Lori was a Supervisory Analyst at the Office of Thrift Supervision, where responsibilities included analyzing acquisitions of thrift institutions and developing training programs for examiners. Lori holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Georgia, earned in 1987.
