Dave Hargreaves

Dave Hargreaves has extensive experience in retail and business management, currently serving as the owner operator of Mitre 10 MEGA Westgate and MEGA Henderson since May 2014. Under Hargreaves' leadership, the Westgate location received the 2018 Hardware Journal award for large format store of the year, while Hargreaves successfully transformed the Henderson store from one of the worst performing to one of the best since its acquisition in 2018. Previously, Hargreaves held significant roles including National Business Development Manager at Mitre 10, CEO of Liquorland, and GM Operations at Noel Leeming Group, where Hargreaves contributed to a major business transformation. Hargreaves also served as Divisional Manager Retail at Progressive Enterprises and Store Manager at J Sainsbury plc. Educationally, Hargreaves holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from The University of Waikato and completed secondary education at Helsby Grammar School.
