Heta K. Mehta

Heta K. Mehta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational change management, strategic integration, and business analysis. Currently serving as the Lead for Organizational Change Management at MITRE since February 2019, Mehta has held various roles including Manager of Strategy & Integration and Principal Business Analyst. Prior to MITRE, Mehta worked at Grant Thornton LLP as Manager for Public Sector Organizational Transformation and held positions at Hassett Willis & Company, the Executive Office of the President, Third Way, Stautzenberger Institute, Westside Commercial Association, Centro Hispano Paraguayo, and the State of Michigan House of Representatives. Heta K. Mehta is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership and Change at Antioch University, having obtained a Master of Arts in Public Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Michigan State University.
