Jim Higgins is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in endpoint solutions and unified communications. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Department Manager for Enterprise Endpoint Solutions at MITRE since September 2013, Jim leads teams responsible for endpoint provisioning, security management, and collaboration tools, including Microsoft 365.
