With an MBA and a BS in HR Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, Daryl has successfully grown workforces, led international teams, and integrated companies during mergers. Currently serving as the Head of People Experience at Mix Talent, Daryl focuses on finding the right mix of skills, experience, personality, and motivation to ensure long-term success within biotech and healthcare-focused companies.
