Marty Shimp began their work experience as a Financial Analyst at BISYS Fund Services in 1994. From there, they transitioned to the role of Corporate Accounting Manager at Worthington Industries in 1999. In 2004, Shimp joined Taylor Strategy Partners as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations, where they remained until 2018. Currently, they serve as the Head of Business Operations at Mix Talent, a biotech and healthcare-focused talent acquisition and consulting firm.
Marty Shimp received a BBA in Finance from Ohio University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
