Mixing Board
Annie (Robinson) Ward currently serves as the Director and Head of Internal Communications at Chime, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Annie worked at Flexport from February 2022 to November 2023 as Director, Head of Internal Communications and Chief of Staff for the CFO. Annie's extensive experience at Google from 2011 to February 2022 encompassed roles in Global Communications & Public Affairs as well as People Operations. Earlier career highlights include a Public Relations graduate student internship at Apple in 2010 and musician management and publicity at Tough Love Artist Management, Inc. from 2008 to 2009. Additional experience includes serving as an AmeriCorps Member from 2007 to 2008 and working in NBC Universal Publicity at Comcast from 2004 to 2007, where responsibilities included public relations for major television shows and Olympic events. Annie holds a Master's Degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Political Science and Art History with a concentration in Journalism from the University of Notre Dame.
