Akaash Mungale is a seasoned data professional with significant experience in data analytics and team leadership. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at Mixpanel since December 2022, Akaash leads a four-person data team focused on revenue analytics, providing insights that drive monetization and support executive decision-making. Prior to this role, Akaash spent four years at Zoom, progressing from Data Scientist to Senior Data Scientist, where contributions included developing machine learning solutions for product pricing and mentoring team members. Earlier experience at Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a Data Analyst involved creating ETL pipelines and dashboards that automated report generation. Akaash holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences with a concentration in Operations Research and Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.
