David Williams is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Mixpanel since August 2017, following a progressive career within the company. Prior roles at Mixpanel include Corporate Counsel II, Corporate Counsel, Associate Counsel, and Legal Intern. David gained additional experience as a Legal Intern at the EEOC and completed judicial externships with The Honorable Maria-Elena James at the United States District Court and The Honorable Newton Lam. David's earlier background includes a position as Legal Aid with Casper, Meadows, Schwartz & Cook, and an internship as Assistant Project Manager at BCCI Construction Company. David holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from UC San Diego.
