Shantel Mitchell has a range of work experience in the hospitality and service industry. Shantel started their career in 2010 as an Appointment Setter at R&R Real Vacations. In 2012, they worked as a Guest Service staff at Specialty's Cafe & Bakery. Shantel then moved on to Mint Cafe, San Francisco City Hall in 2013, where they worked as a Counter Staff Member. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Service Manager at Split American Kitchen. Most recently, they have been with MIXT since 2016, starting as a Service Manager and then being promoted to Assistant General Manager in 2018.
Shantel Mitchell's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management from ITT Technical Institute, which they earned from 2011 to 2013. Shantel also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Project Management from ITT Technical Institute-Concord during the same time period. Prior to their bachelor's degrees, Shantel earned an Associates Degree in Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from ITT Technical Institute - Concord from 2009 to 2011. Shantel completed their high school education at College Park High School, where they received their High School Diploma in 2009.
