Sylvia Mizokami started 'MACSL' 10 years ago, when she opened her first location in San Clemente, CA. She has the constant goal of helping people heal, fight illness, and be healthier. This is why she uses and teaches the 'MACSL Technique'. 'MACSL' stands for Mizokami Advanced Circulatory Sports Lymphatic. Developed by Sylvia, The MACSL Technique is a massage technique that combines elements of Circulatory Massage, Physical Therapy, and Lymphatic Massage techniques for the purpose of increasing fluid flow in the lymphatic system, thereby increasing blood circulation and reducing inflammation. She believes that this method of massage can have profound effects on health, and she wants to share this with as many people as possible. 

Sylvia calls the people who work with her, 'The MACSL Team' because we work as a team. Our common goal is to provide the benefits of the MACSL Technique and to treat our clients with compassion and care. We hope to serve people for years to come.
