Ruth Lundorff is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as HR Business Partner at M&J Recycling since November 2021, Ruth previously held the role of HR Consultant at Lundorff HR from March 2016 to November 2021, focusing on recruitments, onboarding, training, staff policies, and terminations. Prior to that, Ruth was HR Manager at Metso Denmark A/S from September 2010 to February 2016, and also owned Lundorff HR & Administration for a brief period in 2010, providing flexible HR and administrative services. Earlier experience includes serving as HR & Administration Manager at Degrémont from January 2005 to November 2009, concentrating on employee attraction, retention, and development. Ruth holds degrees in HR from Ledelsesakademiet and in Legal and Technical English from Aarhus University.

M&J Recycling was founded in Horsens back in 1857 by merchant Johan P. Møller and blacksmith Søren Jochumsen.
