Jaideep Kaushik Boruah is currently the Chief Manager of Operations & Service Delivery for the Tea & Spices division at mjunction services ltd. Prior to this, Jaideep Kaushik served as the Director of Field Operations at LANKASHI TEA & SEED ESTATES PVT LTD, where Jaideep Kaushik was in charge of new projects. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Jaideep has extensive experience in operations and service delivery, program management, procurement, and client relationship management. Jaideep Kaushik holds a PGDOM in Operations from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY.
