Melissa Sires has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Melissa started their career as an Assistant Controller at Shoma Development Corporation in 2000 and later became the Closing Director for the company. In 2008, they joined Wadsworth Huott LLP as an Office Administrator, where they remained until 2011. Melissa then joined MKRS Law as an Office Manager in Coral Gables, and eventually became the Director of Firm Operations and Human Resources. Melissa has a strong background in office administration, finance, and operations management.

Melissa Sires earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Miami from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed high school at LaSalle High School from 1988 to 1992. Melissa also attended Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School from 1984 to 1988 for elementary education and Conchita Espinosa Academy from 1980 to 1984 for primary education. Melissa later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Professional Accounting at the University of Miami from 1996 to 1998.
