Tara Burke

Tara Burke is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Human Resources at MKS Instruments since March 2024, Tara previously held the position of Senior Director of Global People Operations at Xylem, where responsibilities included developing strategic HR initiatives and managing a significant annual budget. Tara has also served in various roles, including Director of Human Resources at Xylem, overseeing HR strategies across multiple North American locations, and Director of Human Resources at YSI, a Xylem brand. Additionally, Tara's experience includes leadership positions at SourceLink, Trimble Navigation Limited, and The Wornick Company, with a strong focus on setting HR strategy and advising senior leadership teams. Tara holds a Master of Education in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Xavier University.
