Tom Klucznik

Tom Klucznik has extensive experience in financial management and corporate finance, currently serving as Senior Director and Assistant Corporate Controller at MKS Instruments since October 2003. Prior roles include Corporate Finance Manager at MSL from 2002 to 2003, Division Controller at Millipore from 1995 to 2001, and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from 1985 to 1994. Tom Klucznik graduated from Bryant University with a degree earned between 1980 and 1984.
