Zohar Nisan-Cohen

Zohar Nisan-Cohen is a Senior HR Professional with over 18 years of experience in building and managing HR teams across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr Director of HR for Israel and Central Europe at MKS Instruments since 2010, Zohar has held multiple roles within the company, including Director of HR and Senior HR Manager (Consultant). Prior to this, Zohar owned Zohar-HR Management & Organizational Consulting from July 2010 to January 2017 and has held HR management positions at InnoSave Ltd., Graphtech Systems, Nextwave (formerly GoNetworks), and Intel. Areas of expertise include developing HR infrastructures, implementing organizational processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, alongside training and development initiatives.
