Chris Peacock is an experienced telecom professional with a strong background in network operation center (NOC) roles and engineering. Currently serving as a NOC engineer at MLL Telecom since July 2017, Chris has worked with Juniper/Junos technology, DSLAMS, and various P2P wireless brands. Previous positions include an experienced 24x7 engineer at Ultima Business Solutions, an optical transmission NOC engineer at Zayo Group, and a NOC 24x7 shift team leader at 2e2. Chris has a diverse range of technical expertise, including Cisco, Huawei, Ciena, and optical transmission technologies, and has contributed significantly to NOC procedures and mentoring programs. Educationally, Chris holds a BA in business studies from London Business School and has a strong foundational background from Enfield Grammar School.

In 2015, MLL became an approved provider on the RM3808 Network Services Framework Agreement. In March 2017, MLL became the first supplier to gain full HSCN compliance and in October 2017 we connected the first customer to a live HSCN network service.
