Santino Spagnoli is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in the mainframe and IT migration sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at MLOGICA, LLC since July 2021, Santino has previously held leadership roles including Founder & CEO at Reverse Paradigm and Global Modernization Team Lead positions at NTT DATA Services and Dell. Santino's career highlights also include directing migration services in EMEA at Clerity and serving as CTO and COO at HTWC, demonstrating expertise in mainframe rehosting and modernization of legacy systems.
