Carla Williams is a Senior Program Analyst at MLT Systems since August 2014, leading the Family of Field Medical Equipment (FFME) program and overseeing performance evaluation of application systems. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Analyst at Skylla Engineering, where responsibilities included leading the IT section for FFME and analyzing program requirements, and as President of CSKW Corporation, where Carla developed manpower analysis reports and coordinated meetings. Carla's earlier roles in the United States Marine Corps included Manpower Analyst and Information Systems Chief, focusing on administrative management systems and support for data networks. Carla holds two Bachelor's degrees from Park University in Computer Information Systems and Management-Computer Information Systems.
