Sierra Dance currently serves as a Program Analyst II at MLT Systems since August 2022. Previous roles include Move Coordinator at Hilldrup from March 2021 to September 2022, Front Office Manager at both Hampton and Hyatt Place, and Evening Manager at Hilton Garden Inn. Sierra also held positions as Front Office Supervisor at Hyatt Place, Warehouse Associate at Provident Metals, Sales Associate at DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, and Dishwasher at AMC Theatres. Sierra has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas Woman's University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Strayer University, expected to graduate in June 2024.
