Tim Kelly has over 25 years of experience in human resources and support technology. Currently serving as an HRMS Support Tech at MM Hayes Company, Inc. since November 2012, Tim provides implementation services and support for the Kronos HRMS product. Prior to this role, Tim held positions including Human Resources Officer at Pioneer Bank, overseeing HR operations for a 300-employee organization, and HR Business Consultant at CDPHP, managing HR projects aligned with corporate strategies. Tim's earlier experience includes roles as an HRIS Analyst at Skidmore College and HR Generalist at Albany Medical Center. Tim holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University at Albany and a BS in Marketing from Siena College.
