Cristina Caparas, AIA, is an experienced architectural professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an Associate and Architectural Manager at MMA Architecture since June 2015, Cristina has developed a strong expertise in architectural management. Prior to this role, Cristina worked as an Architectural Designer at HBA/Hirsch Bedner Associates from September 2012 to June 2015 and began the career as an Architect at Visionarch from July 2004 to May 2007.

MMA Architecture is a full-service Architectural, Planning, and Design firm specializing in Retail, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Housing, and Urban Rehabilitation projects. Our firm was founded on the premise that we would provide innovative design solutions and superior client service on every project. It is our goal to both reflect and enhance our clients’ business objectives by providing quality design services that result in great value. The range of our capabilities includes comprehensive architectural services from pre-design and agency entitlements through construction. Our team has extensive experience processing projects through discretionary review boards and obtaining government agency approvals; we have successfully obtained project approvals in dozens of local municipalities. The breadth of our project experience ranges from small store “roll-outs” to hundred acre retail centers, urban infill housing to resort conference facilities.
