Neelima Mothe has a diverse range of work experience. Neelima started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at iGATE Global Solutions in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Neelima then served as a Teaching Assistant at UMassd from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they had three different roles, first as a Digital Advertising Manager at Mediakix, then as an Analytics Lead at Motorola Mobility (a division of Google), and finally as a Senior Performance Analyst at Direct Partners. In the same year, they also worked as a Marketing Analytics Specialist at Spirent Communications. Neelima joined Rosetta in 2015 as a Senior Analytics Optimization Associate. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Data Scientist at AT&T, and from 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Manager of Analytics at the same company. Most recently, they joined MMI Agency in June 2019 as the Head of Analytics.

Neelima Mothe attended UCLA Extension in 2017, where they studied Predictive Analytics for Marketing. Neelima then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 2010 to 2012. Prior to their graduate studies, Neelima Mothe completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science at Osmania University.
