Irwan Syah Siregar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Irwan Syah began their career at Yamaha Music as a Quality Assurance Staff from 2002 to 2004. Irwan Syah then joined PT. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors in 2004, where they held various roles such as Dealer Support Coordinator, Field Service Engineer, and eventually became the Head of MMC Product Section in the Field Service Department. In this role, they were responsible for handling Mitsubishi PC and LCV products' field technical matters. In 2017, Irwan transitioned to Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI), where they started as the Head of PC Section in the Technical Service Department. Irwan Syah then progressed to become the Manager of Aftersales Field & CS Operation Reg.2, Head of Aftersales & CS Operation Reg.2, and currently, they hold the position of Head of Dealer Operation for the CS & Fleet Department. Throughout their career, Irwan has demonstrated strong leadership and coordination skills, managing product quality reports, resolving technical issues, and supporting service dealers.
Irwan Syah Siregar earned a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ) between 1998 and 2001. Irwan Syah later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Sains dan Teknologi Nasional (ISTN) Jakarta, completing their studies from 2005 to 2010.

Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) is an authorized distributor of Mitsubishi Motors vehicles in Indonesia including Passenger Car (PC) and Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV). Mitsubishi Motors have been presents in Indonesia since 1970. As of April 2017, PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) restructured the business and diverted Mitsubishi Motors’s PC and LCV distribution business in Indonesia to PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI). The restructurisation aims to focus more on each market segment, and to respond and contribute the demand quickly and flexibly. Through the change of organizational structure, Mitsubishi Motors aims to continue the development and expanding the products and services with better quality. These steps are absolutely designated to loyal customers of Mitsubishi Motors, also to Indonesian people.
