Andrea Adame has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and events industry. Andrea currently holds the position of Director of Catering and Events at McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality, a role they have been in since February 2022. Prior to this, Andrea worked as a Freelance Project Designer in 2020 and as an Onsite Representative/Coordinator at Krucial Staffing from July 2020 to December 2021. Andrea also served as a Venue Sales Manager at Parkside Projects from June 2018 to May 2020, an Event Sales Manager at South Congress Hotel from April 2016 to May 2018, and a Private Events Sales Manager at Sepia Restaurant from January 2014 to April 2016. Andrea's experience also includes working at Boutique Bites as a Creative/Event Director (September 2012 to January 2014) and an Event/Sales Coordinator (January 2012 to September 2012). Andrea started their career as a Day-Of Events Assistant at C & C Event Planning & Mgmt., Inc. from March 2010 to June 2012. Andrea also gained experience as an Assistant Event Coordinator and Designer at Estera Events from September 2011 to April 2012 and as a Freelance Wedding Coordinator at Camille Victoria Weddings LLC from November 2010 to April 2012.

Andrea Adame completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Northwestern University from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they pursued studies in Art History and Renaissance at Syracuse University in Florence for the academic year 2006-2007.

We currently manage and own the 75-room Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans, and we have two hotel projects in development in Aspen and in Austin that we will also own and manage. In addition to the nearly twenty restaurants, we currently operate or have under development, MML is also the F&B consultant at the Austin Proper Hotel, overseeing three restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining across the property. MML has a unique plan to own and operate each of its properties and the financial backing to only take on special projects in places we want to spend time.
